PODCASTING is the newest means of downloading our monthly Seed to Seed messages. Using Apple's iTunes software (get the FREE download here for PC or MAC), you can subscribe to our monthly Podcast and iTunes will automatically download it for you as soon as it becomes available (you must have the iTunes program open for this to happen).
How Do I Subscribe?
Once you have downloaded the iTunes software and have it installed on your computer, open it and select the "iTunes Store" selection. You will need to create a FREE account with a name and password. Though you will have to provide a credit card number, it will not be charged for subscribing to our podcast, nor are there any fees for using iTunes. It will merely be available should you ever choose to purchase songs or video from iTunes.
In the iTunes store, find the "Podcasts" selection on the left side and click it. Next, type "John Sheasby" in the search box near the top of the player. Once it has brought up our podcast, click "Subscribe," and you're done!
Can I Burn a CD from the Podcast?
It's easy to burn a CD from the Podcast. After a Podcast has downloaded into iTunes, it is saved under "Podcasts" (look in the left-hand window of iTunes). Click there to find the Podcast you want to make into a CD. Next, click and drag the Podcast you want to the bottom of the "Playlists" area in the left-hand window. A new playlist will be automatically created with only the Podcast you chose in it. Select that playlist. At the bottom right-hand corner of iTunes, you will see a button labeled "Burn Disc." Put a blank CD into your CD burner and click the "Burn Disc" button. Follow any directions that appear on the screen and in just a few minutes, you'll have your very own CD!
